Your client databases (PostgreSQL, NocoDB), AI knowledge vectors, and messaging logs remain isolated under your direct ownership and control.

2. Information We Collect & Intake Processing

We collect only the essential information submitted voluntarily through our intake form or direct email communications:

3. Form Transmission & Third-Party Service Handlers

Inbound form submissions on this website are transmitted via secure HTTPS AJAX calls to endpoint proxies (FormSubmit API or dedicated self-hosted n8n Webhooks). These handlers route payload contents directly to our official email (h.shaban2007@hotmail.com) or internal database nodes. We do not sell, lease, or monetize your contact payload to ad networks or data brokers.

4. Infrastructure Security & Network Hardening

All web traffic to Root Rob domains is encrypted end-to-end via TLS/SSL certificates and filtered through Cloudflare edge protection. Self-hosted production nodes utilize Nginx Proxy Manager SSL routing, strict firewall rules, and containerized Docker isolation to mitigate unauthorized network intrusion and data tampering.

5. Data Subject Rights & Direct Contact
